HIGH SPEED STEEL M35

M35 High-Speed Steel is a cobalt-alloyed grade designed for enhanced performance in high-temperature environments. The addition of cobalt increases its hot hardness, allowing it to maintain its cutting efficiency and resistance to deformation even under intense heat. This steel offers an excellent combination of toughness, hardness, and machinability, making it suitable for demanding applications. M35 can be heat-treated to a hardness level of 66 HRc, enabling it to deliver outstanding cutting performance with high resistance to heat and abrasion. It is particularly effective for tasks involving heavy cuts, high speeds, and elevated feed rates, where maintaining sharpness and durability is critical. M35’s properties make it an ideal choice for manufacturing high-performance cutting tools, industrial blades, and punch and die sets.
