NITRIDING STEEL

NITRIDING STEEL

At Elite Exim, we take pride in being renowned manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality Nitriding Steel, catering to diverse industrial applications, especially in high-stress structures.

Nitriding Steel is available in round bars, flat bars, and steel plates. Nitriding is a heat treatment process that introduces nitrogen into the surface of steel. Depending on the material and process, a nitride case depth ranging from 0.05mm to 0.50mm can be achieved. With high surface hardness, nitriding steel grades offer enhanced wear resistance, improved fatigue life, and better corrosion resistance.

Nitrided steels typically contain nitride-forming elements such as aluminum, chromium, vanadium, and molybdenum. Aluminum, in particular, forms AlN particles during nitriding, strengthening the ferrite matrix. Other elements like titanium and chromium further enhance case hardness.

We ensure that our Nitriding Steel meets industry standards and is available at competitive prices in various sizes to suit customer requirements.
